You have 30 days from the date of enrollment to request a refund for online courses. For physical materials, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund or return:
- You must request the refund within the specified return period
- For online courses, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content
- For physical items, products must be returned in original, unopened condition
- You must contact us through our official channels
- You must provide your enrollment or purchase information
Return Shipping Costs
For physical materials:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
- If the item was defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Return Process
To request a refund or return:

- Provide your enrollment or purchase information and reason for the return request
- For physical items, we will provide return shipping instructions

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Online courses completed beyond 25% of the content
- Return requests made after the specified return period
- Digital materials that have been downloaded or accessed
- Gift purchases (subject to separate terms)
- Special promotional courses with explicit no-refund terms
- Physical items that have been used, damaged, or are not in original condition
General Legal Requirements
This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order or enrollment:
- Before course access is granted or before physical items are shipped
- Within 14 days of placing the order, if you are a consumer in the European Union

Once course access is granted or physical items are shipped, standard return policy applies.
Refund Procedure
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time: 10-14 business days after approval (for physical items, after we receive and inspect returned items)
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method
Course Transfers
If you wish to transfer to a different course instead of receiving a refund, we may be able to accommodate your request. Contact us to discuss transfer options, which may be subject to course availability and price differences.
Physical Materials
If you have purchased physical art supplies or materials through us:
- Items must be returned in original, unopened condition
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
- Refunds for physical items will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items
Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any concerns you may have about our services or charges.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may:
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Revoke access to all courses and course materials
- Dispute the chargeback with your payment provider
- Take legal action to recover any amounts owed

Special Circumstances
We understand that life circumstances can change unexpectedly. If you experience extenuating circumstances that prevent you from continuing your course, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and may offer alternative solutions.
Examples of circumstances we may consider include:
- Serious illness or medical emergency affecting you or an immediate family member
- Family emergencies or bereavement
- Natural disasters or other unforeseen events
- Significant life changes that impact your ability to continue the course
In such cases, we may offer:
- Course extensions to allow you to complete the course at a later date
- Partial refunds based on the circumstances and course completion
- Transfer to a different course or enrollment period
- Other accommodations as appropriate to the situation
All special circumstance requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate documentation. We reserve the right to approve or deny such requests at our sole discretion.
